Returns + Shipping Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY as all shipping costs are non-refundable. At this time, the customer is responsible for return shipping + return shipping label. 

To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, or unaltered, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items sent back with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, damage, missing parts/pieces, cuts from self-attempted sewing/fixing, or washed will NOT be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. At this time, the customer is responsible for return shipping and shipping label.

Damages and issues
We are NOT responsible for any lost/damaged return packages. We are NOT responsible for packages that were delivered to the wrong address if the address listed on our label was correct. You must contact your local postal carrier for their mistake. We can assist but are not responsible. Claims must be filed with the carrier if the carrier is at fault. Packages that have been returned to us as "UNDELIVERABLE" are subject to re-shipping at buyers' expense and initial shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, jewelry, hats, accessories, candles, or drinkware. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 14 DAYS AFTER the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does NOT meet our Return Policy.
